Description of Dissemination Event:
On May 8 at Enriques Institute a conference took place focused on the relation between food and science, through times and worldwide. During the conference, taking reference to science and resources of nature, the project 'E-learning from Nature' was presented and explained to students, teachers, associations and experts. The project E-Learning from Nature represented an excellent demonstration on how important matters and sources like nature and Science can get very well together with the use of ICT which is symbol of our contemporary age and the ways of expression and communication adopted by new generations. The explanation and discussion of the project turned out to be a significant part of the conference, especially because it found its space after a very interesting speech on culture and culinary traditions through history, given by experts of literature, history, Science and agriculture who talked about the great results achieved by the human mind and creativity through the centuries.
