INTRODUCTORY TEXT TO THE LESSON
Geography and English integrated lesson was prepared while developing Erasmus+KA2 international project’s “E-Learning from Nature” outcomes. The lesson was developed in Aukstadvaris Regional Park in the green countryside of Žaliosios village protected by Natura 2000.
Teachers from Trakai r. Onuškis Donatas Malinauskas Gymnasium presented the lecture. Learning objectives:
- to rate the water flow and the volumetric flow of the Žaliosios stresam;
- using own made tools to measure the speed, width and depth of the water in the stream;
- to calculate the water flow rate and its volumetric flow rate using formulas of Physics and Maths.
