INTRODUCTORY TEXT TO THE LESSON
E-lesson presenting the Copou Park ecosystem, placed in Iasi-Romania, as a framework for an educational activity for Biology and study of flowers – structure of a flower and examples of indoor and outdoor flowers. Video starts with images from the study of the flowers into the nature, in the park and continues with lesson and practical observation of the flower structure. Second activity filmed represent the study of indoor flowers and practical action of planting flowers in the ground.

Learning objectives:
- To study and find out details about the Park ecosystem, related to flowers
- To observe characteristics of the plants/flowers in nature
- To observe the structure of a flower
- To note information related to appearance, leaves, flowers as components of the plants
- To perform gardening activities while using the proper materials and tools
- To explore the use of the plants in the daily life and the need to protect them
- To discuss and explore the benefits of the flowers for the human life
