2.1 Computers
A personal computer (PC) is a multi-purpose electronic computer whose size, capabilities, and price make it feasible for individual and educational use. Computers in the classroom include any digital technology used to enhance, supplement, or replace a traditional educational curriculum.

Classroom computer can access Web 2.0 applications such as online learning communities and interactive educational tools offer a more dynamic learning experience, with direct benefits to students.

The benefits of using computers in the classroom are: the ability to provide more engaging activities for students; computers can be an incredibly effective teaching tool; Allows creation of a wider variety of individualized and differentiated lessons.

Computers, as learning tools, provide students another way to learn information. In modern classrooms, high-speed computers alter how teachers and students represent and manipulate information. Some additional benefits of using computers in education are the distance learning, Virtual Reality, and quick communication between the teachers and the students.
