BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ORGANISATION
The Duero-Douro International Biological Station (EBI) is a private organization whose main mission is the research and study of biodiversity, applying innovative models for protection, prevention, conservation and improvement of natural areas, especially transboundary aquatic ecosystems. To this, our volunteer activities in the natural environment and the development of ecotourism inseparably linked to sustainability come together.
HOW THE ORGANISATION WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF THE PROJECT RESULTS
EBI will support the activities of the project in the visit to “Arribas do Douro”, located at the “Douro International Natural Park”, one of the Portuguese selected natural geographical areas. Scientific consulting will be provided regarding the activities promoted in this region, in close collaboration with IPB.
