Description of the conference:
The conference aimed to demonstrate the connection between science, nature and food, through history, starting from the Middle Ages, and showing how such connections can be visible in various ways throughout cultures all over the world.
The participants in the conference were: teachers of high school, 15-19 year-old students of high school and experts of history and culture.
