INTRODUCTORY TEXT TO THE LESSON
This e-lesson describes a visit to the region of Miranda do Douro, with following specific objectives:
- To know Miranda do Douro and some bordering areas, appealing to the capacity of observation and analysis of the territory in a cultural and scientific perspective.
- To know aspects of ethnographic importance of the region.
- To identify isometries in heritage.

The general curricular goals are:
- to recognize the common properties of isometries;
- to identify isometries in everyday situations;
- to develop deductive geometric reasoning.
